It was a pleasure to stay in a spacious family room that was spotlessly clean. My kids absolutely loved the cozy bunk beds, and the fact that the breakfast offered a wide variety of options really made our mornings enjoyable. Plus, it was super convenient being just a short walk away from the pleasure beach and other attractions.

We had an unforgettable stay at Rossall House, where Jo and Andy’s warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The family room was beautifully appointed and comfortable, and the breakfast offered so many delicious choices that we couldn't wait for the morning. It's truly a hidden gem close to everything we wanted to explore. Our kids especially loved the bunk beds!

One downside was the tight parking situation—getting into the lot felt like a game of galactic Tetris. some room service aspects took a bit longer than expected, which could be annoying after a long day of adventures.

Had a great stay with friends! The hosts, Andy and Jo, made everything easy and were super friendly. We loved the location and visited the tower and local arcade. The breakfast was a highlight, offering plenty of options. The family room was tidy and comfy, and the bar had a nice vibe. Would definitely recommend this spot!
One minor issue was the room service. while friendly, a couple of orders were slightly delayed.

Good intentions, flawed execution
Rooms are immaculate and modern! Jo and Andy provided wonderful service and even decorated our room to celebrate our anniversary, which was a delightful surprise!
Occasionally, room service experienced slight delays. A bit frustrating when you’re looking forward to refreshments after a long day.
